Returns + Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Events purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return. An online store credit or refund will be granted within 30 days of purchase.

Returned merchandise should be sent or returned to the Events Customer Service Return Center in store ( see address below). Returns presented in unused/saleable condition in original packaging and accompanied with a receipt. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
NO refunds on:
Seasonal merchandise
Sale merchandise
Food items
Dated or personalized items
Special orders

The merchandise may be mailed back to us, or returned to the Events store. Please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Events will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) or Events will issue an Events Gift Card in the amount returned, when each of the following conditions has been met:
The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase; and the merchandise must be in its original vendor box if applicable, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer’s defect; and the merchandise must be accompanied by either the original Events Receipt, or a note including the Order Confirmation number, your name, address, your preference of exchange or refund, and the reason for your return.
